How is GetLinks different from other job websites?
GetLinks is not a conventional job website. We are tech-focused hiring platform where companies can select and interview qualified curated candidates. Our platform is easy-to-use, and allows for interactive hiring. GetLinks also has dedicated Career Consultants for candidates and Account Managers for companies, to provide advice on best practices and career matching.
How does assure quality candidates?
All profiles are screened by our Careers Consultants, who will then perform a preliminary assessment through interviews and document screening.
How do I use GetLinks Marketplace?
Register, complete your profile, verify email then we will go to give you a demo before signing the contract, then you can post a job openings. Our algorithmic marketplace will match you to the best candidates immediately. From there you can send messages, schedule interviews and send job offers all on the GetLinks Marketplace.
I messaged a candidate, and they didn’t get back to me. What can I do?
If a candidate has not gotten back to you within 48 hours, our Career Consultants will follow-up. We will schedule an interview within one or two weeks after you have made a request to connect with a candidate.
What are your fees like?
GetLinks operates on a pay-per-hire model. Upon placement of a successful candidate, Companies will be charged 15% of Gross Annual Salary.
How is payment made?
GetLinks sends an invoice to companies, seven days before placed candidate begins his/her employment. Payment is due seven days after the invoice date, and can be made via bank transfer.
How can GetLinks guarantee candidates?
GetLinks has a three-month guarantee on all candidates. Should the candidate be terminated, or choose to leave within three months of starting employment; the placement fee will be credited to your Marketplace account.
